All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Natural stone is inherently unique — variations in veining, color, texture, and pattern are not considered defects but rather characteristics that make each piece one of a kind.
We make every effort to display product colors and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be exact. We strongly recommend viewing physical samples before placing an order.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept wire transfers, company checks (subject to clearance), and all major credit cards. For trade accounts with approved credit terms, payment is due net 30 days from the invoice date.
All orders are subject to acceptance by MOSAICIVE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
Custom fabrication orders, special-order materials, and orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

MOSAICIVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product. Installation costs are not covered under any circumstances — always inspect materials before installation.
