Our inventory rotates regularly with new arrivals from quarries around the world.

Do you sell directly to homeowners?

Yes — we welcome homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors alike. Our showroom is open to the public, and our team is happy to guide you through material selection regardless of project scale. However, we recommend bringing your contractor or designer to streamline measurements and specifications.

How do I request samples?

Samples are available for most of our in-stock products. You can request samples by visiting our showroom in person, calling us at 912 224 5878, or submitting an inquiry through our contact form. Sample availability and lead times vary by product — our team will confirm upon request.

Do you offer custom fabrication?

Yes. Our in-house fabrication shop handles cutting, bullnosing, polishing, waterjet cutting, engraving, and custom mosaic assembly. Whether you need a single vanity top or a full commercial installation’s worth of custom pieces, we can accommodate. Lead times depend on project scope and current shop capacity.

What are your showroom hours?

Our Los Angeles showroom at 2912 Pacific Drive Norcross, GA 30071 is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM by appointment. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we ship to all 50 states through our network of trusted freight carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, distance, and delivery requirements (curbside vs. inside delivery). We also offer local delivery within the greater Los Angeles area. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged stock items. Custom orders, fabricated pieces, special-order materials, and clearance items are final sale. How do I calculate how much tile I need?

We recommend ordering 15–20% overage beyond your net square footage to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs. Our team can assist with takeoffs if you provide floor plans, elevations, or dimensions. We strongly recommend having your installer confirm quantities before placing the final order.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes. Registered trade professionals — including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors — are eligible for our trade program. Benefits include tiered volume pricing, priority sample fulfillment, and early access to new arrivals. Contact us or visit the showroom to enroll.

Can you match existing stone in my home?

In many cases, yes. Bring a sample, photo, or the original stone name to our showroom and our sourcing team will work to identify a match. For discontinued or rare materials, we can often source a close alternative from our quarry network.
